Operation BailOut is Now underway.
Regretfully (for the Bank) i will not be sending in any more Mortgage payments.
I've decided instead to leverage the Bank into a ShortSale of my current home (hopefully). If the bank doesn't want to play ball.... i'll file Chapter 7 on their asses.
