Operation Bailout has been in effect for +6 months now.
Much progress has been made.
I have procured my new place of Residence (paid for via CASH).
Now comes the part where i tell the Bank to SUCK IT.
I have to admit:
The thought of Owning my Home (free and clear) & being completely Debt-Free...
makes me Quite Giddy.
This is something that everyone should experience.
Regarding Home Loans:
30-Year Mortgages are for Suckers.
They need to be Outlawed (or at least highly discouraged).
The Balloon Payment Model needs to be eliminated as well.
In my opinion, these types of lending practices suck the wealth out of the lower & middle class. How they ever became an accepted and standard practice is beyond me. In my opinion, a twisted form of indentured servitude.
