Some useful things to remember:
You do Not have my CONSENT to search my property.
Am i being detained, or am i free to go?
You have the Right to remain silent.
Come back with a Warrant signed by a Judge.
My Attorney will file a Police Misconduct Complaint.
Probable Cause is required to pull you over.
Probable Cause is required to search your car Without Your Consent.
Reasonable Suspicion is required to detain you longer.
(If No Reasonable Suspicion, then its an Unlawful Detainment)
If they Arrest you = Police NOW have the right to perform a legal search.
